And this time it was not one of the contestants of the show who was behind bringing the show to the frontlines, but a judge who caused the upheaval. Model Paulina Porizkova, who had been a judge on America’s Next Top Model, was fired from the show on the eve of the Season 12 finale, and incidentally it was her birthday as well!

The model broke the news of her having been fired from the show on Late Late Show with Craig Ferguso, last Tuesday, where she said that she was in Los Angeles, looking for a job as she was no longer a judge on the America’s Next Top Model. Pauline also said that she was informed about her termination on phone.

Pauline’s birthday falls on 9^th April, almost a month before the model divulged the fact that she had been relived from her duties of judging America’s Next Top Model. Now, why she did not reveal the news of her dismissal from the show earlier is a question that only she can answer. Jasmine [What a cute name, no??] was born on the seventh of December in New York and is the second child of Nigel with his wife Cristen after their two year old son, Jack. And you know what??? The baby weighed seven pounds and eleven ounces.
And guess who the Godmother of the cute little Jasmine is???

Well, it is Tyra Banks, the creator and the host of the show AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL, a colleague of Nigel. Even on a website Nigel confirmed that Tyra would be asked to be the Godmother.
Well Congratulations to the proud parents and also to would be ‘Godmother’.

Wednesday night was going to different, not only for the three final contestants of the show, but for everyone who watches the series. I mean it is obviously a tense moment for everyone when Tyra is about to announce “and America’s Next Top Model is…” your heart misses a beat. And, then comes the moment when she announced and the crown goes to, and the lucky one is “Mckey Sullivan”. I just knew it that she is going to make it, don’t believe me, you can check my last post, where I have mentioned that Mckey is my favorite and really want that she should become the America’s Next Top Model. Believe me I am so happy for her, if you ask me she has been my personal favorite through out the season and I have always thought that she has the potential to be there, where she is right now.

With three girls left Analeigh, Samantha and Mckey, it is Mckey who is able to impress the judges the most through her pictures and performances. Analeigh becomes the second last to leave the show, making Samantha the runner-up of the series. The nineteen year old when announced the winner of the show, said that “I’m so proud of myself right now.” The girl, who was always considered a tomboy, said that she entered the show thinking of giving it a try. She said that “I was going to try out…and this was going to be it…Now I’m America’s Next Top Model and from here this isn’t the end. I’m going to keep going and keep rising…It’s just like a dream come true.” The judges were also very proud of her and said that she is unique and has the potential to take herself to the next level.
