It seems that the proud winner of cycle five of the ‘America’s Next top Model’, Nicole Linkletter was always looking for some attention that she got after she won the title. Nicole auditioned for the show at a mall in America. She surprised everyone through out the show, first because of the tremendous amount of change that she had undergone on the show and then by winning the show. Till date Nicole is the youngest winner of the show and she was also the favorite of the judges on the show. They were of the view that ‘she has the model ‘thing’ more than any of our other winners. Tyra Banks even went ahead to say that she reminds her of her modeling days, when she was seventeen years old.
After she won the show, she too like others won the prize where she earned a contract with Ford Models, a $100,000 contract with ‘CoverGirl’ cosmetics, a fashion spread in ‘Elle’ magazine, and the cover of ‘Elle Girl’ magazine. She has also modeled for ‘CoverGirl’ cosmetics and eyewear, ‘Ford Fusion’, ‘Secret Deodorant’ and ‘Vigoss’ jeans. Besides this her modeling career includes walking for Yank Clothing, Sele Clothing, Milk Boutique, So Low, Crystal Rock by Christian Audigier and Trovata. She has also been on covers of magazines like People, Jewel, US Weekly and In Touch Weekly. Currently she is walking the ramp for Christian Audigier ‘Crystal Rock’ collection.
Besides modeling, she has also made some appearances on television. Nicole was one of the final judges at the Miss USA 2006 pageant. Nicole is famous for being the only winner who did not to appear in any episode of the show after her win. But a number of times she did make an appearance on ‘The Tyra Banks Show’. Besides she did host a number of segments for VH1. Lately, she has also done a commercial for Play Station Portable.
